Turoa is good I think I had no chance to go there after it start to snow.... but I think Mt.Ruapehu is a special mountain be corce of the history of the maori ,and the goste of Hue Hue.... this is nice place and good nacion.... Oh ya I thought whakapapa was pretty cool . My friend was grooming when it erupted and got washed with ash in the cat. Unreal story. Reminded me a lot of Mt. Hood in oregon where I am from . More pictures please.

Ya he was from the south island . Fox peak and now he is at tremble cone / snow park. Pretty small . I heard that the north island had a better year 5 meters at Mutt hutt and whakapapa right Dagfinnur?

when the snow finaly came it was good and in turoa it was 5m of snow in september.. it was grait winter in the north island this year..

great photos, is squirrel and steve matanui still there? I worked with Nick thom at pperisher in australia for a few years he was from ohakunie. Lived near the big carrot.
