usually the tower is mounted on some kind of (well?) with all wiring connected inside it!

Sure that makes more sense. I can not imagine that this set up would last long being exposed.

if it was automated it would have the water hydrant removed and would be plumbed into i pit as with the power,it is a stand alone so there is no pit,this type of set up is designed for automation normaly,you would think that they would trench in the cable.

Eepen, Thanks buddy the pics look good, I thought they would put hem in a vault or use a conduit in the ground. The padding of the tower solves the problem to.
