New cabin, improved and bigger frontblade, centre steering position, and a lot more of xenon or LED lights, and also twin exhaust system, it might be a polar killer.... Have to try it before I will state anything.... Look forward to try it as Prinoth Everest in about one year :) Prinoth is up to something, and it just has to be development of this machine into Prinoth branding.... Pininfarina is said to have begun the design phase of the drivers cabin.... Lets hope they focus not only on the look, but also that it has to be functional....! If a great look can combine with functionality, that will be the best! :)

This machine does look like a beast. I agree with Ole, it seems strange there is no marking etc - as if its prototype stuff. As for replies, we are invading your site, so im sure we dont mind using google to translate - I dont anyway - just like getting access to the site.

The only logo, is a prinoth logo between the wipers and one on the side they have been painted to match.

had the same ideas as you Ole Kristoffer. Think we will see it with a restyled BisonX cab... Mybe you will have the option of choosing centre steering position or regular position on the side. With a machine this wide maybe a wider cab, but I dont think that will come, you loose the abillity to produce the basic same cab for more than one machine ... I hope for a bigger Leitwolf blade and a new version of the Prinoth Powertiler. And of course the best ligthing on a groomer so far! And we will try to remember to answer pictures taken outside Norway in english )

I can have a opinion about design of the machine even if Im not a driver... Never said anything about how it is to drive or things that go on driveabillity! just giving my opinion... any problems with that?

I try not to say anything about things that I dont know anything about, but somethings says itself, like ligths... Why not add features to a machine that have allready proven that they are good... Any problems with me thinking out loud, adress them to me first! :S

One of those was in Vail for a couple of weeks last season. It's basically a 350 on steroids. It's massive size doesn't make it very practical in Vail anyway. It can't get around the trees, it doesn't fit on the narrow catwalks and it's impossible to get it into the workshop.

Espen: If we will see this machine (or parts of it )) in europe, Let's hope it will be with the bombardier tiller. We got 3 bisons at kläppen and they say that the prinoth tiller doesn't work that well on the bison as on the everest or the leitwolf. And i guess that it might be the same on a 500. (Anyone that can confirm that the prinoth tiller doesn't work as well as the bombi tiller on the br 350/bison??)

Ok. What works best is of course the best solution ) I know they made a modification to the Bison on skeikampen to make the tiller go deeper into the snow. do you know if that was the problem at kläppen? If prinoth choose a prinoth tiller lets hope they make adjustments so that it works as well as on Everest and leitwolf. But maybe we will se a completely new tiller..?! the power tilller has been on the market since around 1996-98...

Never change a winning team! The Prinoth tiller as we know it today is one of the best tillers at the market.... The AlpinFlex (PB) and PowerTiller (Prinoth) produce a comparable result, and those is two of the absolute best tillers available in 2008! You might see a new tiller, but please - dont stop to produce those tillers until there is a successor who is even better than these tillers :)

could need a flap inside the PowerTiller to crush the snow better i some coditions... but overall very good tillers both the PowerTiller and PB's AlpinFlex tiller ! Dont think they will change anything unless they have made something better...

I know that they have done some adjustments to the tillers in kläppen but they still say that the power tiller doesn't work great on the bison. Kläppen have a been using bombardier for a long time so they should know! I've heard that prinoth have made improvements to the tiller for the new bison/X. hopefully it will work better! The power tiller is still a great tiller! :P

Thats the spooky result of putting different technologies together into one machine.... actually the 1. generation and partly the 2. generation of the Bison using parts from both Bombardier, Prinoth and Leitner..... Something was developed to the better, and something neutral or in the worst case, to the worse..... The selection of equipment-carrier for the tiller is probably one thing who doesnt was very successful together with the prinoth tiller... The possibilities for a success would have increased if they have included the equipment carrier as a component together with the tiller..... f.ex: the bombardier tiller should work fine with bombardier carrier, and the prinoth tiller should work fine with the prinoth carrier.... One thing who makes everything a little tricky is that i assume they will continue to use the bombardier tiller in USA and Canada, and they will use the Prinoth tiller in Europe.... To make things perfect, they would have to make one USA edition (bombardier solutions) and one Europe edition (prinoth solutions)... I dont think its a good idea to make changes on the Prinoth tiller, so that the prinoth tiller will be modified away from perfect for the real Prinoth machines... And I will never understand the logic of having one prinoth tiller for the bison and one for the rest..... :) Nothing wrong about anything, just a littlebit worried about the way Prinoth develops... Hope they can produce something that will put Pisten Bully into the next gear, so the development can go further on! And vice verca!

Hey mick, I don't know haven't had the chance to drive it yet there's not enough snow yet. And a comment on the best tiller I say that I prefer the prinoth VGT3 POSI-FLEX with wings, best pass period in my OPINION.
