Why blue ligth ?

Because of the winch... They use blue light to make it visible for everyone that there might be a dangerous winch cable nearby :) pretty smart, but it would probably be criminal to use blue lights in europe, since the emergency warning light color is blue as well :)

I think it's blue ligths some places in the alps, seen it on some GT 450 W :)

Litt usikker på om det hadde vært spessielt smart med blå saftblandere i Norge.... siden blå blinkende lys og vanlige-nysgjerrige-mannen-i-gata har om trent samme tiltrekkningskraft som fluer og en boks sirrup. Om det ikke hadde svirra med folk rundt vinsjmaskina før, hadde det ihvertfall gjort det da.

Im just back from Alps. They had one with a blue flash but just because the broken orange lamp was broken and needed a quick fix! The orange shows up better against the snow I found!

Ole Kristoffer it´s rigth whit you is criminal to use blue lights in europe in iceland anyway.

In Squaw Valley USA all winchcats have the blue flashing dome lights on them so every one knows that a winch cable is out and winchcat is working.
