I am not sure what it is called but it is used to take the ice off the slope.

its called "Snow Cutter", original accessorie from Kässbohrer "The Snow Cutter is for ripping up hard, icy sections of the ski slope and the tracks under drag lifts, or for stripping off glacier ice. It is used with the U-blade and the All-Way Blade. "
