Seems to be a natural little stream, or a brook or whatever you will like to call a little-little-river :) As you can see, it is during the spring, and then the snow looses its structural force as snowbridge, and will then collapse as soon as the overload is too big! Handy little accident! As a driver, it is important to know where such situations can occur!
