a: Is this machine operating under another winch cable from a machine nearer the camera?
b: Pushing in from the side for the winch operator to then push to the jump?

2 winches pushing all the way to jump,1 from center to left the other from center to right.
The photo looks like the winch cable goes over the top of the cat but the cable is close to the camera and nowhere near the other cat.
